Hello, I’m Landrey Fagan, MD. Residing in Boulder, Colorado with my husband, three children, and our beloved dog, Peanut, I founded Four Mile Creek Health with a dedication to your healthcare and well-being. My goal is to ensure we all thrive in this beautiful community we call home.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in primary care and maternal health. While this work has been immensely rewarding, the administrative challenges have often hindered my ability to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
As a board-certified MD in both Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine, I have continually collaborated with MDs, DOs, NDs, and NPs, appreciating the unique insights each brings to tailored healthcare.
My approach to optimizing your health begins with understanding your current situation and listening to your story.
